An exercise to relax stiff neck
This exercise is efficient for dealing with frustration, which has a tensing effect on the neck area.
Lie down on the back, knees bent.
1. Place your hands, or fists, palms downward, under your buttocks.
2. Swing your knees to the right. Your knuckles press into the acupressure points located on the buttocks.
Inhale while swinging your knees back to the centre.
3. Repeat on the left side.
4. Repeat the cycle a few times.
5. Swing back to the center, close your eyes, relax and take long deep breaths for 1 minute.
